Two of Jesus' disciples, overwhelmed by grief and despair, are unable to recognize their risen teacher when he approaches them along the road. During times of hardship and difficulty we may have trouble recognizing Jesus' presence with us. He is with us nonetheless. He listens to us, opens our eyes, and sends us to share the good news of his steadfast love, companionship, and salvation. Join us as we worship our risen Lord whom we long to see and hope to recognize.
